The offer applies to products purchased within the last 2 years on our website or from an ES16 dealer. You can only exchange it for the same model and size.

The following conditions must be met:

The product must be a maximum of 2 years old
The damage to the clothing must have occurred as a result of an accidental fall and have no signs of hard use or mishandling.
